Indication Of Fullness.

Had some refried beans today. About 3 large tablespoons. Immediately followed by sharp upper back pain. Is this an indication of fullness?

I doubt it. Probably gas. You'll know fullness once or twice, when you exceed it, and then you won't want to go back there. :o

Feels more like someone punched you right in the very top of your stomach. I get the burps when I eat to much also. I walk around until the feeling passes! Walking helps soooo much.

I personally have never had any pain with fullness, but always stop when I get the sign. My sign is the sniffles. Weird but true, when my nose starts to drip, it's time to stop eating and that holds true for my sister who was sleeved before me.
