3 Days In

I had my gastric sleeve surgery May 1st. I am not in any pain, just this bloated/gas feeling. Does anyone have any suggestions?

    Walk! It is the only thing that helps! I had surgery on the 30th and the gas pains have just let up a little!

    I have been walking aswell and taking my gas x strips

    Yes walking really helps , the first 3 days I didnt want to move cause of the gas pains as soon as I started I got relief lol.
