Does anyone have a favorite WLS cookbook, or any suggestions for me? I love the recipes on this site, but I do much better with an actual book. I sure do wish Eggface would do a cookbook!!

Now why didn't I think of that? :P

i just got one yesterday that came highly recommended. it's called Eating Well After Weight Loss Surgery. I got the Kindle edition and haven't had a chance to sit and browse through it.

eggface also has a section for shopping and under Eggface Reads, she has some of the cookbooks she likes. WLS for dummies, eating well after weight loss surgery, and winning after losing; keeping the weight off are listed there.

I also printed out a lot of recipes from here and eggfaces's site and put them in a binder. I use it all the time and it only has the recipes I love and know I will use so it's perfect.
