Why do u feel like your doing something wrong? Everyones body is different as I'm learning myself. I've only lost 3 lbs @ 2 weeks post op.

Oh...and even though I haven't lost much weight others have said they see it so maybe, just maybe, I'm losing inches.

Pre op diet is to shrink your liver for surgery. I had a week of full liquids and lost 4 or 5lbs

Probably nothing wrong if your eating maybe 1/4 cup at meals I imagine its liquids and getting as much liquids as possible probably not 64oz but trying to get close you know with the small amt. your eating you will loose the weight. Sometimes the body needs time to adjust It thinks you are starving and will not give it up easily but next week I bet it will be a quick drop thats what happens to most. Just put the scale away for a week or two relax and let it happen. Good luck!!
