In The 3 Week Stall.. Any Tips?

I am in the dreaded 3 week stall. Don't get me wrong - I am happy with my loss so far - have lost 25 lbs in the 3 weeks, but for the past few days I have been the same. Anyone have any tips to overcome the stall??

Yes, keep doing what you are doing, your body will catch up and start to lose again. It dosen't like to lose weight and is trying to hold on to that fat. You will see faster results and your stalls won't last as long if you crank up the exercise routine/intensity. Good luck to you and happy losing. Finally, stop weighing every day, put that scale away for a while and just weight yourself like once a week.
