Well, I Did It!

  • Popular Post

I have been mainly walking for all my exercise. I am 5 months post op. Yesterday I took my first Zumba class, and I did it!!! 6 months ago I never would have imagined to get through that class. I feel so great I just needed to share! I might go back for another class this morning!

Way to go!!! I'm getting sleeved in July and can't wait for my first Zumba class!

I haven't tried Zumba yet, but I understand how great that must make you feel! :) Great job!!

I took another class this morning. I little sore, but this is definetly a NSV for me. :-)

I can hardly wait to try a Zumba class but it will be a little while for me as I get sleeved on May 3rd.

It looks so fun.

Congrats! I love that ur exercising. ;)

Exercise is a key to getting stronger and to helping your body reshape itself, so every bit is great! Now, if only I could convince my body to like doing it as much as I like the results! LOL

Awesome! Congratulations!!!! I bet you felt exhausted and exhilerated at the same time.

Lissa, I agree. It's getting easier to make myself workout, but I still struggle with excuses some days. It's just part of the process of getting healthier and forming better habits than before. I wait for the day when I just automatically come home from work and get ready for the gym instead of thinking to myself "I better go today"....lol

I had that problem as well, now I go as soon as I get up on my days off and I pack my gym bag in the evenings and take it with me to work. Cause I know as soon as I get home there will be a million things to do. Just do it regularly enough and it will stick. Now I love the gym.

Congrats!!! I wish I could fall in love with the gym!!!! :(
