Probably most of us. Water is most important now, keep working at protein. It WILL get better so don't get impatient. (Easy for me to say, huh?)

Yup, what they said ^^^ Just take it easy. Don't stress too much about getting all your Protein in at this point, but be sure to try to get your liquids in. Dehydration could mean a trip to the ER

Was sleeved last Thursday & I can't get my required amount of water or protien down. Yesterday I worked on a 23oz bottle of water from morning to night & still had some left. Protein drink I the same. It hurts to sip or drink anything. Even 1 oz shots of fluids will go down but it's like instant heart attack pains. I'm taking prevacid "that I never had to take before" I know it will eventually get better it's tuff. I am not hugary at all but I make myself sip water & set my phone alarm to try broth or soups or yogurt & I only get about 3 spoonfuls of that stuff & I can't handle anymore. Anyone else had this problem?
