tHANK YOU ALL I STARTED THE GYM 8 DAYS OUT JUST WALKING AND WORKED MY WAY UP DID 10 PDS OF WEIGHT ON MY ARMS IT HELPED IMMENSELY AND PROTEIN SHAKES I USE TO GET @ GYM I MAKE MYSELF 42 GRAMS PROTEIN AND TASTES GREAT I GET WALMART SIX STAR WHEY PROTEIN COOKIES AND CREME AND ADD MOCHA JAVA POWEDER WITH WATER FANTASTIC
