A New Day And Feeling Good

I lost 1 pound 3 inches...... I got up and took vitimans and drank my protein and it all went well.....My surgery day weight was 211.4 now I'm 179 today.......32.4 loss..... Surgery date was 2/22/12 with Dr Garcia
