Hey everyone. I hope all is well. I haven't been feeling good for the past 2 days. I noticed that its correlating to my forecasted period start of tomorrow. For years, I've been able to pinpoint the start of my period by my pre-period symptoms of bloating, chocolate cravings, and excessive road rage. Now, everything is different. I'm nauseous, especially at the sight and smell of food. The only thing Ive really been eating today is a pack of crackers and gatorade. They seem to settle my stomach. I've never experienced this much nausea before.
I don't like this. I have a weird fear of throwing up. It hurts too much.
Did anyone else notice a change in your cycle symptoms? What can I do to combat this nausea?
