Starbucks/ Panera Suggestions

I love Starbucks and Panera, does anyone have any suggestions on what I can drink/eat there that is low on sugar, tastes good, and is good on protein?

Tall 1/2 caff coffee with one shot of sugar free vanilla flavor and soy milk. Add a little cinnamon to the top and its fantastic!!

Yikes, frappucinos hurt my stomach! I get a non-fat latte w 1 pump sugar free peppermint, 1 pump sugar free mocha and 2 equals.

As for Panera, any salad is probably ok if you skip the croutons. And any Soup that is NOT creamy is good. I tried eating the baked potato one about 2-3 months out from surgery and I lterally got in 2 bites before feeling like I had a lump in my throat. Not to mention the fat content :X

I adore my Starbucks, k? So I'm with ya! The nutritional info on their website for every kind of drink you want to make up is super helpful and awesome and made me realize how vast my options are there!!

i dont drink any kind of coffee but at Panera i eat the chicken noodle soup, it has huge chunks of chicken. ALso the chicken or tuna salad with no bread. They are yummy and full of protein. The chicken has almonds so be careful if you arent very far out.

I'm screwed with Sbux. My drink is a venti iced green tea latte, 1 pump, double matcha. I can give up the pump but their matcha is mixed with sugar so it's unavoidable. I've had 3 - 5 of those per week for the last 3 years so... this is gonna be an adjustment.

Sbux chicken sausage Breakfast wrap has 300 calories/14gm Protein. They have an egg white wrap too, IIRC.

Panera has a really good vegetarian black bean Soup (110 cal, 1g sat fat, 2.5g total fat, 980mg sodium, 18g carbs, 3g sugars, 3g Fiber, 6g protein). When banded I would get that and a half asiago roastbeef sandwich (350 cal, 7g sat fat, 13g total fat, 630mg sodium, 32g carbs, 2g sugars, 1g fiber, 24g protein). Breakfast power sandwich (360 cal, 6g sat fat, 14g total fat, 860mg sodium, 36g carbs, 3g sugars, 4g fiber, 23g protein). You can easily skip the bread on anything above.
