Wooooo hooooo!!! Congrats!!!!

Woot woot! Congrats! The best thing you can do now is stock up on protein shakes and/or powders and other stuff for the liquid phase of your post op diet. You might not feel like getting out to the store for a few days after surgery. I brought slippers, socks, a change of clothes, books, my laptop, makeup and toiletries to the hospital. All I really used was my toothbrush, deodorant and change of clothes for the trip home. You will probably sleep a lot so don't bring too much stuff that you'll have to worry about trudging all the way back home.

My NUT suggested I pick up "the idiots guide to eating well after weight loss surgery"...I ordered it today...in case u are in to reading!!
