Concerned

Fever of 100 started last night. Surgery was 1/24/12, I have not had any post op issues so far. Fever of 100 started last night , still here today. Slight headache, lower back pain for days now but I was sure that was due to the way i was sleeping. Now im greatly concerned ! My doctor is 3 hrs away, so I'll go to my local GP in the AM. Has anyone had this ?????

I would go to my GP in the morning and to the ER if you symptoms get worse. It could be any number of things and many which may not have anything to do with your WLS. I would definitely check it out to make sure.

Its hard to say - you're far enough along that a leak would be kindof rare, but it can definitely still happen. Have your incisions all healed?

If your fever doesn't go away, I'd go to the ER - the longer you wait, the worse things can get. Are you able to eat and drink and keep food down?

at this point anything is possible - could be sleeve related or maybe not. Better to be checked out!

How are you feeling now? Any update?
