I decided to have the Vertical Sleeve Gastrectomy Surgery last October after struggling with my weight all my life. I had my surgery on December 9th 2011. Best decision I have ever made.
The surgery went well with no problems. I was allowed home after two days. Had no pain or discomfort.
My weight loss has been pretty consistant since my operation.
I have lost 30kg as of today. I would never have lost this much weight in such a short time without this surgery. I started at the gym last week to help tone and keep the weight coming off.
I still have trouble drinking all the water you are suppose to in a day and still finding out what I can and can't eat, apart from that, all is great. I am still getting use the fact that I am not hungry and want to eat all the time like I use too.
