So Proud Of Myself!

Yesterday was day 4 of my liquid diet. I have not cheated but it seems to be getting harded each day rather than easier.

Last night I babysat my 3 year old grandaughter and my 3 1/2 year old grandson. I picked them up at 5 and of course they wanted McDonalds. I drove through and got them both a kids meal and didn't get anything for myself!! (and boy was that hard).

It was even harder to clean up when they were done eating because of course they don't eat everything. Rather than eating their leftovers as I normally would, I threw them in the trash!

Then this morning, I weighed myself and I am down 10 poinds already! Yeah me!!!!!!!

Yay, Deb!! You are doing awesome on your pre-op diet and you will ROCK that sleeve!! It's tough, but it will get easier!! Take it one day at a time and it will ALL be worth it once you see more weight just dropping off you post-op!! :)

Congrats! I know it's tough, I did about 3 weeks liquid as was drooling over pizza the night before syurgery.

You can do it!

THAT IS Awesome! I'm proud of you too !!!

Just keep your eye on the prize! LOL!!! I know it's hard, but you can do it! I let my family eat anything they wanted around me, because I knew the Sleeve was what I wanted! My choice... Good luck! :D
