Conceiving?

Has anyone had a baby since surgery? My husband and I have been trying for 9 years.... I was sleeved December 14th lost 40 lbs. so far, I know I have to wait at least a year I was just wondering if there were any success stories? I'm working out daily... 1 hour a day , every day I'm still stuck in this stall, I do slim fast thinking about doing weight watchers also...

I think you're going to have the best luck with eating real foods. make sure your protein intake is sufficient - that's the biggest thing.

click on a ticker from someones post it will take you to another page create your own ticker copy the url and then paste it when you post. thats the only way i know how to do it
