I found a recipe online for some mock cheesecake and OMG is it good. I used strawberry Jello but you can use any flavor you want. Hope y'all enjoy!!

2c fat free cottage cheese

1 small box of sugar free jello

1/2c boiling Water

Mix Gelatin with boiling water until dissolved.

Put cottage cheese in blender and add dissolved gelatin to it.

Blend until creamy looking.

Put in container and chill until firm.
