Liquid Diet Blues!

Is what I will be having starting tomorrow, it is so surreal that this day has come so quickly. I hear the first 3-days will be the hardest, I learned this through my days and nights of stalking this site. Wish me luck!

Yes. That's about right. In 2009, I had a strange stomach problem that caused severe pain anytime i ate any food at all. at first, even cloudy liquids hurt it, so I was on Clear Liquids for close to a month before i could even tolerate a nutritional liquid. CLEAR liquids. It was absolutely brutal. I cried more than a few times over it. When I got to drink some ensure it was like HEAVEN! That went on for 3 months. (no diagnosis either.)

So...here's my point in telling you this- when it gets hard- do clear liquids for a day and then the liquid diet shakes will seem luxurious! I'm serious. And keep yourself busy, busy busy.

Charming picture, btw. LOL ;)

Great suggestion Dooter! Stay Busy. I just laid a tile floor in my laundry room for the past two days! Its really tought to eat with your hands covered in grout! :)

i'm on my 2nd day of my liquid diet and the only thing i can think abou is food!! 5 more days of this and i'm done!! I'm trying to stay away from the kitchen as much as possible so i'm out and about all day then when i do get home, i go and watch movies in my room, read this blog, play with my kid... anything that will try to keep my mind off of food. and yes, the protien shakes are beginning to suck!!! LOL
