My one incision where my drain was hurt sooo bad and this morning i was like what am i supposed to do it hurt so bad, well i was looking at it and you may be grossed out but i took the scab off to see if it was infected well once i did that i saw that it seemed like there was white underneath the part that seemed to be healed so i opened it up and it was filled with pus. i squeezed pus out for a good min till it finally because bloody. it hurts so bad and i keep cleaning pus out today. i dont understand how it got infected i have been cleaning it and taking care of all my incisions. i donno what to do, i got some more antibiotics and started taking those again but im really worried. should i got to doctor tomorrow. cause i dont know how deep the infection goes.

First I want to say.....Praise the Lord that you got someone to look at it and listen to you and now you are on meds and healing...

Then I want to just say how wonderful it was that you let us all know what was going on. I am sure someone in you exact situation will read this and get their incision checked out. Thanks for keeping us all informed!!!

Praying for a very quick recovery.

Mommamea, thank goodness! When you have a chance read my post under complications about listening to your body. I am so very glad you did. I waited and ignored my pain thinking it was my sleeve.

I agree with the others, good healing to you and thanks for letting us know, folks really do care.

Take care of you.
