I am pre op but my diet workbook says 3-4 oz, 6 times a day, so that seems to be right. Also water goal is 64 oz, and protein is 60 grams. Are you getting enough protein? my booklet says 2 flinstone twice daily. it seems every doc is different on viatmins, but if you are feeling week and getting all your protein maybe up your vitamins? Maybe the more experienced sleevers can give you more input.

Not sure if this is in the rules or not, but I ate a spoon of all natural/no sugar added smooth peanut butter when I was felt weak.

Take your protein, water, and multivits. My understanding is that the protein drink is also considered a fluid. I do like the peanut butter one.
