  1. I am sooo glad everyone is doing good and still posting on here!! It is intersting to see everyones progress as well.Keep up the good work sleevers!!! I know some of us are not where we want to be yet, but we will get there! I have lost about 68ish lbs, would love to lose at least another 15-20, but my clothes are fitting better I noticed, I went from a tight 24 to a 16 comfortably..Best of luck to everyone and keep up the great progress!!!!
  2. Know you are not alone in feeling this way, I have been feeling this way alot lately too, I go to my surgeon thursday, I am going to address him with my concerns, I try to stay positve, but is so depressing to think of how much time and money we put in to lose the weight, and then when we are not overly successful we get down in the dumps
  3. Thank you sooo much Kathy, it helps hearing words of encouragment ...I do have some close friends but none I really talk to about my weight loss issues, because not being mean, alot of them are bigger than me, and I feel like sometimes they get mad over hearing me talk about my weight, which I dont blame them because I dont like hearing people who are smaller than me say they are fat. I am thankful for every pound I lost, I just wish the weight would come off alittle bit faster. I think I am also stressing out because I am getting married in 6 months and really want to be at my goal weight by then. All I can do is try, and that's what I'm going to do...
  4. Hi everyone....I have been feeling real down lately, my 9 month surg-i-versary is coming up, and I feel like I am no where near where I should be. I try my best to eat right and I go to the gym 3-4 times a week, and just started zumba again. Whould anyone like to share thier stats or experiences with thier weight loss so far? I'm so thankful for every pound I have lost but I would like to lose at least another 25 lbs! Thanks guys =-)
  5. I was sleeved on 12/8/2011, and am on soft foods, I can pretty much handle whatever I eat as long as I take my time and chew it well, but lately I am craving hot stuff!! If I have chili I want to put hot sauce in it, when I have fish, I wanna put hot sauce on it. I know my NUT said that food tastes change, but I never liked hot things in the past...Anyone else have weird food cravings since surgery??
