  1. I was sleeved on 12/8/2011, and am on soft foods, I can pretty much handle whatever I eat as long as I take my time and chew it well, but lately I am craving hot stuff!! If I have chili I want to put hot sauce in it, when I have fish, I wanna put hot sauce on it. I know my NUT said that food tastes change, but I never liked hot things in the past...Anyone else have weird food cravings since surgery??

  16. So I know that after being on a liquid diet for 2 weeks I should be sooooo happy about starting puree tomorrrow. Truth is, i'm kinda nervous....what if I dont puree my food enough? what if something gets stuck?? Has anyone else felt this way before starting puree foods????
  17. thank you felicia, like I said I always syke yself out, just gotta make sure im getting enough fluids. I am only one week post op today, so I guess this is just the normal in the early stages.
  18. So I have another question....as I tell everyone I always syke myself out and over think when I feel bad. Ihad my drain taken out yesterday, and he put the gauze and tape over the open hole, says everthings ok, double up on the protein and calcium and sends me on my way. I slept ok last night but tossed and turned and just couldnt sleep comfortably. I wake up this morning and feel like crap. So far today I had an oz liquid calcium with a crushed flinstone vitamin, 3 oz protein shake and 4 oz grape/water combo. Am I not drinking enough in the am?? I feel weak and very nauseous, especially when I get up from the couch. Normal???
  19. thank u all so much for the suggestions, I am pretty excited to try all of them out!! Amd Katie713 thank you for the website!
