Yes, I bought the Kiwi one. It's good but doesn't dissolve completely.

Lily, I have tried it. As a matter of fact, I still have more than a case of the stuff because my surgeon's plan said that I had to drink 3 a day post-op, but I couldn't handle it. I have a HUGE sweet aversion now and even a half pack of Crystal Light is too sweet for me.

I bought mine from Amazon.com. Try to find some in the store and try one.

Good luck with your journey!! :)

I've used the lemonade one.. it has 5 grams of protein and 5 grams of fiber... but you mix it into 17 ounces of water. It's pretty good. I am desperate to get away from artificial sweeteners though so I am weening myself off..lol

I like the pink lemonade.

I use it every day. I buy them from big lots for 1/2 the price of the grocery store. I usually dissolve in 20 ounces of water (I prefer them to be a little watered down). And the trick about getting it to dissove is to let it sit for a while. I make it atleast an hour before I drink it. The longer it sits the more dissolved. I have trouble drinking straight up water. It kind of burns. I keep packets of K2O in my car so when I pick up a bottle of water I can just add the powder.
