Buuut, last night i saw how i look like and....i finally saw the difference !!. I dont have a full body mirror in my house sooo....i had a appointment at my drs office, the building has mirror glass and as i was leaving the office, at night, i saw my reflexion on the glass....my initial reaction was ....is that me ? I really had to look down on my clothes to see my shirt....it was me.

I have a long way to go, And will get there eventually, slowly i guess, and Will have to accept that, but i was so happy to see for myself the change in me....

I think you are doing great ... I was told most people can expect to lose 10 pounds a month at first and then gradually go down from there. You are bucking the trend at 32 in 2 months. Nice job!!!!

That is amazing~ Keep up the fabulous work. I really hope I can lose that much.
