5 weeks out and doing great! Doing my first 5K tomorrow! (walking

I am 5 weeks out also, I have a problem with eating too fast and hunger at 3 am, other than these issues I am feeing fine. I am on soft food and really enjoying this stage. So if anyone has any suggestions for these problems please let me know. I appreciate my new sleeve and I enjoy the daily changes I have with this new tool, and the fact I have several people I can communicate with that all started in the month of September. I am happy I am a member of the September Spitfires.

Best day to the beginning of the rest of MY life! Also, very proud to say I have been an inspiration to MANY others and will continue to BE an inspiration and VOCAL about the sleeve to help OTHERS!!!! I always keep my surgery under wraps until I meet someone that NEEDS IT, and then I say, I understand I had the surgery X years ago........... after they hear my story and see me, they have thanked me for being an inspiration to them.... i just get so disappointed in the ones that cannot wait to have the surgery, then after the surgery, they cannot understand and TRY their best to eat MORE!.....I have seen many that should have lost 200 lbs only lose 80. You have to have your MIND and heart right. Surgery will NOT fix the PROBLEM!!! But I do not preach to them as they will not understand. Rock that sleeve and Drink that water!! You did this for YOU. Enjoy your NEW LIFE!!!! I am BLESSED!!!
