I am also 50 pounds down, I am very happy with the surgery and everyday is a different challenge to get in food and protein, but if I log I am moore successful. I am exercising and I feel great when I get it done. I know I don't post often but I do read, and that has helped more than ever.

Hello I would love to be a part of a support group, I was sleeve on Sept. 13th by Dr. Yu at TLC Surgery. They offer a monthly support group but you can never get too much information and support.

Hello fellow Spitfires, I had my surgery on Sept. 13th. I am down 32 pounds, 5 pounds pre-surgery, 10 pounds pre op liquid diet and 17 pounds since surgery. I am now on pureed and enjoying it. I am so happy to be on the loosing bench. I am feeling fine, gaining more energy everyday.

I am happy to hear that you have had a successful year. This is incouragement for me since I will be sleeved on the September 13th. and I will have to remember that this is a tool and if I don't use it right it will fail me. So I am going to take advantage of it and use it to its fullest potential. Continue to keep your eyes on the prize.
