Hey all. My surgery date is coming up in August, so in contemplating how I am going to get th rough the first few weeks of post-op, I got an idea.
What about baby foods? They're mushy, full of Vitamins and variety (fruits, veggies, even chicken!). Plus, they come in little tiny jars. Has anyone tried this as an option over puree-ing everything? Is it working for you?
Also, I was thinking about how I would keep up with my Protein and saw an ad for those Pediasure Sidekicks. They have 7 grams of protein in each serving. I figured, this would be a great althernative if I need a break from Protein shakes.
Curious about your thoughts....
Thanks!
