I have made it through the PRE-pre-op diet (shakes and 1 lite meal/day) and now...I'm sipping broth and diet green tea. YUM Happy 4th Everyone!! I have a spread for everyone else, and it doesn't even make me remotely jealous that they are about to have ribs, grilled corn on the cob, loaded baked potato salad AND apple pie. I am having my sleeve in 3...2....1....days!!

I'm SO grateful that this is happening, and so quickly for me (weight loss seminar approx 6 weeks ago) where I heard about the sleeve... Everything else just fell into place with, I'm sure, divine intervention.

SOOOOOO excited. I feel like a teen ("Dude, I AM STOKED!) hahahahahahaha

I am so happy and excited for you!! I was packed about 2 wks before I had to leave haha. Good luck and have an easy surgery and speedy recovery, and update us soon!!

I agree. I am SOOOOO Ready!!!! I am scheduled for mine tomorrow morn. I could hardly sleep last night - not because I was nervous - but because I am SOOOOOO Ready. I know there's a skinny girl inside and I am hoping Dr. Barker helps me find her:) Good luck! I'll catch you on 'the other side'...

Hola from Tijuana! I had surgery Thursday (7th...Dr. Kelly) and arrivedat the lovely Hotel Lucerna to convalesce. I feel fantastic and just returned from a1/4 mile walk. I survived the nasty "swallow "test this morning and let me tell you prospective Kelly patients ....there is no offer of ice chips or tongue blotting at Angeles Hospital. There was just a terse "drink!" I'll give details later, right now I'm hunt and pecking on my Nook.
