A girl at work smokes an e-cigarette at her desk. It's hilarious!

i quit almost 4 years ago on Thanksgiving. *( i know crazy day who dont like to light up after a good meal) but I stopped using chantix but only used it one month instead of3 months and it worked great. so glad . Even more now that I have seen the price of one pack. crazy..

That electronic cigarette sounds like a great solution. I quit with Chantix 3 years ago. I also found a book called The Easy Way to Quit Smoking and after reading it 3 times over the years it finally stuck and made a lot of sense to me. I highly recommend it but quitting smoking takes a huge effort and must be your main focus in life for about a year. What a struggle, but after smoking for 30 years I've never been more proud of anything! So glad that's over.

my mom at 80 years old used those e-cigarettes and it helped her quit very successfully. She had been smoking heavily since she was 20 years old. . . so they do work!
