10 hours post op and feeling ok!

Hi all, I DONE IT!!!!!!!

I am 10 hours post op and feeling ok.

I an on morphine and the wind has been pretty painful but I am able to sip small amounts already!

I have also been able to walk about my room.

I will post again tomorrow but just wanted to check in

I had a good nights sleep and have been walking the ward this morning. The doc says walking helps with the swelling and the wind and boy do I have wind! Lol I have some mint tea and that's helped but I def think walking is the way to go!

Thank you for all my well wishes they really do mean so much to me!
