Finally !!!!

I have been bouncing between 161.8 and 160.0 for many weeks now.. I did not think I would ever break into the 150's. This morning I was 159.2 yip eeeee!

I might bounce back up but just knowing I was there .... I know I can get this last 10 lbs off.

Hope everyone else is having a great day too :-)

GOOD JOB!!

They say that last 10 lbs is the hardest to lose. Not that I would know personally cuz I have never been that close, but I will be one day!!

I was 298 at the overview class which was in late april. I was 262 at time of surgery on June 22nd.

I hope you break your stall too !!!!!!

What was your starting weight? I'm stuck at 175

That is GREAT news. YOU ARE ON THE HOMESTRETCH!!! So wonderful..congrats!!

Congrats....I am heading to 159....currently at 164. I am so excited as I have not seen that number on the scales since 1986. We can do this!!!

Congrats! I totally know what you mean... I was actually more excited to hit 189 than 199 which is strange I know! But I was hovering at 190 for over a week so it felt so good to see an 8!
