Sleeved dec 5 and I've lost 85 pounds. It feels so good. It feels good to see my bones and feel a small waist. it seemed in the beginning I would never be this small but then it just happens and the beat part you can't cheat! When your full your done. 30 more and then it's tighten up this body!
