3.5 Months Post-Op=-72lbs

So today I am 3.5 months out and loving my sleeve more each day.

I can't believe how easy this process has been and I feel great!! My recovery was seemingly effortless and the weight loss has not slowed down as of yet. (knock on wood) Getting used to the new Way of eating has been pretty simple too. I've never been a junk foot eater and the last time I at fast food I was probably 11..So the transition from HUGE healthy meals many times a day to tiny meals has been easy with the aid of my sleeve. Even going in to surgery i didnt believe that i would be mentally satisfied with such little portions and I can now confidently say that I don't feel deprived in any way. I no longer have a constant nagging hunger like I did before. The head hunger hasn't really been a problem either...but like I said I didn't every crave bad stuff to begin with so maybe I'm just weird. Haha.

I am starting to notice a bit More hair loss then pre-op but nothing I wasn't prepared for. I keep my protien over 70g and take my vitamins and biotin daily so I know that I am doing everything I can to minimize the hair loss. I've accepted that I have to let this run it's course for now.

We recently purchased a home and have been moving, painting and sorting like crazy for the last 2 weeks so I have been unable to update my YouTube vlog. The Internet is going to be installed on Tuesday so I will be able to update then. (posting from phone for now.)

Thank you to everyone here for being so informative..you have all helped me on my journey thus far more then I can even express.

If any pre-ops or newbies have questions for me please feel free to ask away.

~Bonnie
