what the heck?

Yes Yes..I'm a scale addict. I weigh everyday, first thing in the morning, nude. It has steadily went down every day since surgery. So why today did it go UP a half pound?? I was soooo sure I was gonna hit that 20 pound mark this morning!!! Grrrrrr....

I know it can fluctuate, but seriously..i'm only getting 300 calories a day, there is no reason for it to go up at all. LOL

LOL - I am a scale addict too ... your body is going to fluxuate and you will have ups and downs that you can't explain. (As for the downs, I just Celebrate & grin really big.)

Just let it roll. In December, I didn't do a good job of letting it roll. For some reason I went up 6 pounds. I completely freaked, but within 2 weeks, I was down 7 & I didn't change a thing during that whole month. Go figure.
