I noticed Walmart was carrying more protein items, but I have never compared them to the Priemeir shakes from Costco. How many grams of protein do they have? How many carbs? Also is whey protein?

    26 grams of protein and 4g of carbs per scoop for the strawberry . . . I make a smoothie every day. Tastes good. Can't drink it straight with water though.

    I just picked some up at Wal Mart. I bought the Cookies and Cream kind.

    I just purchased Muscle Milk today from WalMart this will be my first time trying this brand of protein drink. I've been purchasing Unjury or Celebrate protein powder online.
