I actually had some cold Cheerios cereal a few days ago and I'm going to be 6 weeks out on Wednesday. It went down really good, but watch your portion size or you will liable to waste quite a bit of cereal and milk. I didn't even put a half cup cereal and 4 oz of milk and only ate about 5 bites and was full... LOL I had to waste most of it. :) I love my sleeve!!!

I try to stay away from the cold cereal. My nutritionist likened cereal eating to drinking and eating at the same time.

My nutritionist recommended cereal in the morning for FIBER! I started with 1/4 cup also and just now can eat 1/2 cup with 1/2 cup of milk, so that's like 1/2 a serving of what's listed on the box. It's a nice change from eggs and shakes, and I am def. someone who needs variety. (and fiber! lol!)

Fiber Fiber Fiber!!! Gots to have it - ya know?

Anyway I'm with ya sister, I'll eat cereal whenever I want some as long as it's not called SugarShox... I didn't find that it made me hungry in the least, in fact it's pretty filling.

Fiber in itself is a very filling food. That along with a High Protein diet keeps me incredibly satisfied on very tiny portions (with the help of my sleeve of course!) I don't plan on changing a darn thing.

Thanks for reminding me about the Fiber One cereal! I do have the cereal bars, but I love the actual cereal too. Half the RDA in one serving, however since I can only eat a quarter serving at best -- though I'm still getting my fiber!! :)
