10lbs down!!!

I couldn't stand it...had to share....I have never lost that much in a month, much less a week!

Oh and yeah! I'm aiming for 200lbs first, then I'll work on the rest....

That is great cknorte, keep up the good work. I'm so proud of you. I just found out I have to lose 10 pounds on a supervised diet before my surger so I'm joining weight watchers next week. I hope those 10 pounds come off fast, but to me now ten pounds seems like a 100. lol
