Congrats! You guys are doing great! You men are infuriating though, you lose weight faster :tongue_smilie: My hubby will be 2 weeks behind me but I'm sure he will still lose weight faster. Grrr :)

We eating everything in moderation. (I have 2 to 3 coffees a day as well)

I make sure I am getting my protein in. I'd say I am around 1200 cal. per day.

if you are too few I think it hurts you.

I'll have a small home made hamburger and some broccoli for a meal.

One egg omelet with a piece of toast in morning. I try to have two protein shakes each day. Low fat yogort which I add fresh fruit.

I bike every day. Slowly it just keeps coming off and I don't check the scales too often!

Congrats guys!! I bet that eats her up though, you men :001_cool::)

Keep it up!

How wonderful you did this together

Congrats to you both. It's great that you are doing this together. You both understand what each other are going through, and meals must be easier.
