Hey Everyone,

This is Shauni, Jack Mario's older Daughter. He has told me quite a lot about all of you online and I'd like to thank you all for your support

He requested I come online and give you all an update on how hes doing.

So his surgery was on May 4th and it went quite well :thumbup:, (it was even recorded for med. student use heeeehee:tongue2:) [[we're trying to get our hands on the tape so we can watch it :lol0:]] I wasnt allowed to see him the day following the surgery but from what my Mom told me he was in major pain, and hooked up to a lot of "tubing". I did see him today though and hes doing FANTASTIC. His nurses are having him walk every now and then and his says the pain has gotten better. The only thing is that he can't stop hiccuping!!! lol The nurses say its because of the hernia in his esophagus that he got fixed and the hiccups won't go away til its healed. Tomorrow he gets transfered from ICU into the regular hospital section and hopefully they'll release him :thumbup:
