Newbie

I will be having vsg on april 12th, can some please send me a list of vitamins, nicer tasting protien drinks, and tell me if we can drink zero as a form of liguids? Just reading all the success stories makes me more and more excited about my weight loss to come. My many attempts of dieting has failed by keeping the weight off.

Hi slebme,

Here is a link to the Cornell University sleeve diet guidelines. It should give you some ideas of food, liquids and supplements. Your surgeon may have a different plan but this will get you started for now :confused1:
