Ok... this is it. Monday.. my Holiday gatherings are officially over and my goal is to get back on program today. I have a feeling I will go through a sugar withdrawl and that won't be fun... I noticed even after a little nibbling the first day, Christmas, by the next day I was craving sweets.
Amazing how that type of carb for me goes in SO easy still and calls my name.... I can't say I wasn't dissapointed to find out that I can still EAT them... I have read that so many people can't.... or can only get in a few bites. I have had no problem with the things I tried and need to remind myself that I have a very long way to go and a lifetime of staying clear from that old habit and friend, sugar, so I am motivated today to get it out of my system again immediately!
I am going to Protein shake this am... for a meal, drink my Water, get some exercise, and eat healthy the rest of the day.. Protein Shake at night before bed... ( I have noticed that if I have protein before bed I feel good the next day.. not as tired)...
What is YOUR plan for getting back on track.. and tips from old times to keep focused??
