new here

I had the sleeve on Oct. 29, 2008. I am down 117 lbs. Still losing. I am glad I had the surgery I feel so much better. Everyone always makes comments and says I look and act like a different person. Its nice to hear it.

I havent found it hard to work on the weight loss. The doctor told me that I should get about 1000-1200 calories a day, but Im lucky if I get 800-900. I dont really have any foods that I like in particular. I just try to get my protein in. I can never do it with just food so in the morning I have a sugarfree carnation instant breakfast with unjury mixed in.

Is that the unjury unflavored Protein powder? And is it TRULY unflavored??

I am going to look for that carnation instant breakfast. I still have a lot of unflavored protein mix left over.

What brand is your's Daisy -- and is it really unflavored?

It's GNC unflavored Whey protein. It has no taste. I had my daughter who has a nose like a blood hound stick her nose in the container and she said it has no smell.
