same think happened to me last week when while taking a shower for the first time in many years i was able to bend over and scrub my feet without having to lift my legs up to wash them it may not seem like much but thise are things only a heavy person can appreciate

Aww, that's such a great feeling!! It's amazing how we forget all the fun, 'little things' that come with losing weight. I find these non scale victories to be even better than whatever the scale has to say! Congrats!!
