I've not been banded yet, but I am wondering how much/how fast can you drink Water post banding? I don't mean like immediately after, I get that you have to go slow at first. But let's say a month or two after when things calm down a little. When I exercise, I need a lot of water. My mouth gets really dry and I chug.
So how much water can you drink over how much time span?
