Day 1..

Day 1 of my 2 week full liquid diet. Wish me luck that the next 13 days are this easy! First day wasnt so bad. I have an awful headache though that I think is related to a soda withdrawl.

You can do it!! I'm on day 5 of 14. It's hard. I have found some "instant flavor coffee" to add to vanilla shakes and it helped a lot! Cruise the posts here and you will find "concoctions" to add things.... They really help.

Here is to a new us... The healthy skinny sexy us!!

Hang in there... headaches can be caffeine withdrawal or dehydration. Make sure you are drinking enough hydrating fluids with your protein.

Thank you. My headache got so bad I actually threw up. I cant believe I am this addicted to caffeine that I get physically sick.

By the 3rd day I was better. Started pre-op 7/12 and down close to 30 lbs. I was a total carb/soda freak. Hang in there!

It is not just caffeine it is a double whammy with carb withdrawl as well. Whenever I would go on Atkins I would suffer with the no carb headache. Keep hydrated and hang in there it will get better.
