Microwave!!! I have the very same problem.

Sent from Angel's iPad using LapBandTalk

Microwave them!! I do it many times when I'm eating,I hate cold food !!

well since i stop eating at the 20 min mark,

i am now use to my food (cooling off) the results are worth it....

That's part of what makes it so easy for me to stop eating when I'm satisfied -- cold food is gross!

reheat with microwave or cover your plate in between bites with a lid or plate.. I especially hate cold eggs so I cover my plate .. I use eggbeaters and just can't stand them cold... other foods are okay cool.

I got used to it, too... I don't even think about it.

I must eat too fast, because i've never really had this issue.
