Burping a lot?

This is day 3 post op for me. Only had liquids so far and I sip very slow. I've noticed I'm burping a lot though. Is this normal?

I have had a ton of gas pain but it is starting to get better.

Yes burping hiccuping and farting is normal... Try activated charcoal at Walgreens helps with gas better than gas x.. I'm 16 days post op and still have some gas

I would recommend that you walk, walk, walk, and walk some more for the gas! I would highly recommend against using activated charcoal as it is used to induce vomiting. I also found myself burping and still do. It is a "norm" for me.
