I know it's a carb, but corn?

I grow a lot of my veggies and this year we will have a lot of corn to "put up" in the freezer. Do any of you eat corn? Problems? Just wondering......

I love corn. In the fall when corn on the cob is in season, I eat it often.

I love corn. I don't seem to have any problems with it. I know some people do, but for me, corn is good!

Corn is loaded with carbs, and not on my approved list of foods. I love steamed corn, but I can no longer eat it. It's one of the foods my brand does not tolerate.

When I try eating corn again, I hope I can tolerate it because I LOVE corn! ?

I have eaten a lot of corn post OP and not had an issue...corn on the cob, canned corn, and the pop corner chips. I don't eat popcorn. Not that i can't, i just don't like it.

Thanks! I guess I will just have to wait and see. Hopefully.......

I stay away from corn as my hubby is allergic. But we did love it before. I was good with cream corn after surgery!

I ate it tonight!

Another person who loves corn and has no problem eating it but don't because of the carbs. I finally had a tablespoonful of cream corned a few days ago. It was really good.

The only things I have problems with are bread type carbs and beets. Everyone is different in terms of what they can and cannot eat, so try it out and see how your body processes it.
