So, my forms were faxed to Cigna yesterday for approval. The coordinator in my surgeons office stated it would talk upwards of a couple weeks to hear anything back. Not sure what to think...a little scared because I do not want to be denied and I am anxious as well to get the journey started. I had to go through three months of appointments with PCP, nutritionist, and psychologist. I guess what I am wondering is what is the normal length of time that insurance should make decision before I start worrying? Thanks for your advice.
