Protein powder

I've attached a picture of this Protein Powder I picked up from Hi Health. I LOVE it! It does not have a gritty texture and doesn't taste fowl.

I mixed it with my sugar free "kool-aid" and it tastes fabulous! I think I just found my replacement for the Atkins Protein Shakes. I was gagging on them since surgery.

I got mine at Hi Health and I think it was about $35 for a huge container.

There is a brand called Jay Robb that is available at Vitamin Shoppes... They have all sorts of great flavors like vanilla, chocolate, orange dreamcicle and pina colada... It is very good and does not have the protein shake after taste. I highly recommend it.
