Nightmares...

I am 3.5 weeks from surgery and I'm starting to freak out a bit getting nightmares about choking and not being able to swallow, I have a very long flight home 3 weeks after surgery it's about 8 hours and I'm so afraid I will be sick on the flight. I suppose I am just getting pre surgery panic but boy is it keeping me awake

perhaps starting a journal will help ease your thoughts or even going to a support group in your area? Anything to get your mind off the anxiety.. goodluck!

((((hugs)))). Best wishes, talk to your psych consular for advice on how to deal with your anxiety! Best wishes. Karen
